Which logistics companies do we use?
We use courier companies such as USPS, DHL, and International Post to ship packages.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are $6.89-$15. Please check the specific cost at checkout.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
VAAIG covers the shipping costs for orders within the US when you place your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the US will arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Orders outside the US will typically arrive within 8-14 business days after shipment, sometimes longer. International orders may experience delays and longer delivery times during holidays.
When will my order be completed (packaging and ready to ship)?
Order packing time is 3 days. Shipping time is 9-15 days.
Can I expedite my order?
Please contact VaaigService@gmail.com and provide us with your address. We will try our best to arrange same-day shipping and expedited processing, and will inform you of the expedited fee. We cannot guarantee that we can do this, but we will strive to provide the best service to our customers!
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a recurring order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can attempt to cancel it. Please send your request to VaaigService@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed (i.e., your bank card has not been charged) or has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify your order, but success cannot be guaranteed. If your bank card has already been charged, and you then attempt to cancel the order, it is very likely that cancellation will not be possible in time.
If the order has already been shipped (i.e., a tracking number is available), we cannot cancel or modify the order, but if you need a refund or exchange, we are happy to assist you. Please send an email to VaaigService@gmail.com requesting a return authorization code (RMA#) and a return address.
*Please note that according to our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.*
Who is responsible for customs duties and VAT?
For Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan, delivery is duty-paid (DDP).
For all other international countries, delivery is duty-free (DDU).
Please note that after receiving the tracking number, you should monitor your package's delivery status. If the post office attempts to deliver the package but is unsuccessful, resulting in its return, you will be responsible for the cost of resending it.
