Order Changes & Cancellations

We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

To request a change or cancellation, please email hello@vaaig.com and include your order number and request details.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request assistance.

Please email hello@vaaig.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide the most appropriate solution.

Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Final sale items
Items reported after 30 days from delivery
Items not purchased directly from VAAIG

Exchanges & Alternative Solutions

Physical returns may not always be required. Depending on the situation, we may offer alternative solutions such as replacements, partial refunds, or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@vaaig.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
